Today I Cooked up a storm--Feb 15th

We Started the morning with Homemade Biscuits and Gravy. It was the 1st time i made it since Haylee has been eating solids, i was extremely curious if Haylee would like it or not.  Well not to be surprised She LOVED it.

For Dinner i made Pork Chops with Apple & Onion Chutney. This is one of my favorite pork recipes that i prepare, its so versatile & that's why i love it. I have made it with loins before & also done it with the addition of pineapple ---which is my favorite way to make it! I love the Savory & Sweet combinations on the pork its soo Good. Haylee also enjoys this too as you can see form the pictures :)

For Dessert Well... That was a big Fat FAIL

i attempted to make flan & did pretty much everything WRONG. i over beat the eggs, over cooked the flan, almost burnt the Carmel & spilled it on the way in the over! Over all it came out looking NOTHING like Flan but tasted good so we ate it!

Valentines Day

Valentines day was amazing. Haylee was so cute when she brought me my card that Daddy picked out. We pretty much just relaxed & cuddled all day watching movies & playing with Haylee. We also went to the store to make dinner which was TO DIE FOR! We had the most amazing dinner ever Tbone steaks, Crab legs with melted butter, & mixed veggies Mmmm Mmmmm Good. Of course there wasn't a bite on any ones plate when we where done Including Haylees. For dessert we all went outside & roasted marshmallows to make smores. It was the perfect end to the perfect night!It was the BEST Valentines Day!

I'm a 1st Time SAHM That enjoys Baking anything form cupcakes to casseroles. One day i hope to have my own Cafe and Bakery dedicated to my daughter. I enjoy hosting Parties & enjoying the company of close friends & family. But mostly I want to show my daughter that your dreams can come true & if you put you mind to it you can achieve any goal you set for yourself in life!

He is my ROCK, I truly don't know where i would be without him. Through these last 3 years we have grown together & matured into the people we are today. I'm so Glad we made a beautiful family together & thank you for being the most hardworking man i know, You are a wonderful man & thank you for being a supportive spouse & being my Best friend. My Silly girl is always trying to be the center of attention Shes my Superstar & Inspiration to follow my dreams.She enjoys Coloring, Painting, Playing in water, Gardening with Daddy, Music & Dancing. Her other interests are acting like shes cooking in the kitchen & helping mommy bake,  But of course her favorite part is eating all the yummy baked things we make :)
